How Breast Cancer Begins

The majority of cancers in female breasts appearance shortly before, during, or after menopause, with 75% of all cases being identify after age 40. It begins in a milk duct, breaks during the duct wall and invades the breast’s greasy tissue. An additional 10 to 15% of breast cancers are invasive lobular carcinomas, which starts in the milk-producing glands and can increase elsewhere.
